Magento Webshop - Fixes

Project Description:
Mastroe requirement for updating our webshop.
Mastroe is charity that helps poor and underprivileged people via projects that offer Training, Work Experience and Employment Opportunities.
We have a tight budget but look to increase our marketing so we are looking for someone to work with for the long term.

- Please provide evidence of previous work with magento similar to our requirement.


The Mastroe webshop can be observed on www.mastroeshop.org
Our magento webshop is currently not setup to handle colour variants and a few other things.
This project is primarily to make changes to allow automatic colour variant and design variant selection that alters price accordingly.

- Update Product levels, Categories in line with spreadsheet
- Discuss and Agree best Numbering convention for our Products (update products with new number range) in line with future plans
- Configure design variants (e.g. design 1001) Standard; + Embroidery; + Rhinestones etc
- Configure Substrate variants (e.g. T-shirt) by colour, Style etc
- Enable Pricing by Size, Design variants and Substrate variant etc

Make all changes to current products (e.g. delete colour duplicates) and re-upload to contain updates (e.g. colour variants) etc
Note: Ensure Automatic selection – e.g. select red colour = auto change the T-shirt (substrate) to red + Price update etc
Update process / procedures and status codes - to ensure that all process e.g. print shipping doc are correct
Update Outputs e.g. Shipping, Invoice to contain Mastroe details, address etc.
Create Training and documentation as required.
