I am looking for a programmer that can design and create a penny auction website that is stable to use even with high traffic. I do not mind modified pre-made scripts as long as there is nothing illegal such as bots, or shill codes put into the script. Features required Penny auction format. Beginner auctions (preferred) Buy-it-now using the number of bids used. Different checkout methods other than PayPal. These are my main requirements, but any additional suggestions will be taken into consideration. I am investing more money in the business itself than the website, so i am expecting this project to be not that expensive. But, if the work exceeds expectations, the price might be acceptable.
