Android Tablet Survey App for Online or Offline Data Collection + admin website
A survey platform that lets you create surveys online and collect responses on an Android tablet. When the tablet is connected to the internet the application synchronizes available surveys under the user account and send the responses to the administration website.

For the website we do not need design - just functionality! Some of the complex features on the example are not needed! We need only these:

- Question types: Standard Question Types + Multiple Choice Image Questions + Splash Screen + Basic Skip Logic/Question Branching
- Simple Customization of the survey appearance: Add your own logo + Add your own background image +Basic theme + basic text and button editing (font size/color)
- Survey Locking + Survey Timeout for unattended kiosk tablets
- Data collection: Offline Data Collection + Real-Time Survey Results
- Reporting: Simple Reporting by account
- Ability to add multiple android devices per account
- User Management - basic administration to control user accounts + user accounts for survey creation, reporting and device management
