Project Description:
I need a custom WP image carousel plugin that does the following:
* looks like my attached mock
* is easily implementable into a static HTML placement in a WP template
* allows the user to simply upload images and be done with it
* provides sepia toned thumbnails (maybe works with the Imagemagick plugin?)
* onhover, thumbnails will turn into full color
* onclick, thumbnails will become the parent div background, alt text will become image description
* provides an elegant responsive/mobile solution (with efficient image loading)
* provides sliding animations/effects
