1. There may be a list of forms may range from 1-100. End user selects form and fills out form of their choice which may contain a Model number, Serial number, Availability (yes or no), Current location, Service cycle etc. That form tells admin that form1 has already been filled out and is not available for any others to fill out and show the current standing of the rest of the forms.
2. That Information from the form populates an Access database.
3. Database generates a monthly report of activity for form "machine1, machine2...etc"
I can provide graphics etc if needed.
Interface must be flexible to work on mobile devices. I may also, need to assign videos from mobile devices, per form, to the database.
