iPad/Mobile Safari: Override cut/paste to create custom menu

I have a basic project HTML project which I have attached. Using Javascript/HTML5/CSS3 create we would like to override the contextual menu that appears when long clicking on text. We would like to add a custom option to menu that shows up so that in addition to "copy" there is a second menu options which says "Hello World". If the user selects the "Hello World" menu option, an alert box shows up displaying the text selected. If copy is selected, the menu behaves as normal.
