328093 iPhone upload app

I'm seeing this as a fairly simple application. The user will be using the iphone to upload data to a mysql database residing on a server. One number in the database will need to be incremented based on info from the iphone app connection and data upload to the server. The iphone app will also need to update 5 pieces of data from a fetch from the server then present that on the iphone screen. An additional feature of adding a photo to a users picasa web album is also desired with GPS and Notes meta data
