mobile version of creloaded site

Due to a programmer not getting this job done and wasting way too much of my time i need someone that can get this job done and done right. I will not send you any funds upfront. I will not release any milestone finds till job is done and ready to deliver. Here is the job details. We have a cre loaded 6.2 store that handles multi store right now. I need someone to make a mobile version so our store works on mobile devices. We need it to have the same functions the store has now but needs to work on any mobile device. When a user goes to the site from a mobile device it needs to load the mobile store. I need someone that knows how to make mobile sites and can do this on our existing site without breaking anything. ask any questions in pmb.
