Project Description:
What I have: A dynamic db that allows users to to log in and view list of vendor categories and vendors. Vendor information is name, address, contact info and company description. If an admin user logs in they have the ability to add/delete/edit vendor ad categories.

What I need: To allow admin user to upload a photo (company logo) that will take the place of company description. If there is no photo then Web page will display description text.
