Database and site to assign an EAN code to a digital file.
We obtain a block of EAN codes and these will be stored in a database.
Our user will upload a media file into the data base, where the next available EAN code will be assigned. Together with this media file, the user is required to upload some additional information. Mainly who has rights to the media file: Composer – writer - preforming artist(s) –Buma number
User must be able to create an account, add/change their personal information and upload media:
Name – contact info – payment info.
We must be able, using an admin page, to see an actual status of the database including:
Name – email – files stored – date of upload & assigned EAN code
Each data base must have room to expand
• An EAN code consists of 13 digits
• A Block of EAN codes holds 1000 unique numbers
