Build plugin to work with existing Acymailing professional newsletter/auto responder module

We have purchased the Enterprise edition of AcyMailing which is a GPL application for Joomla. It has a newsletter and auto responder and reporting application that the admin has access to from the administration back end.

I am looking for an experienced programmer/team to expand the application to allow individuals to have individual newsletter service and autoresponder service with full reporting from the back end after they login. It will entail building a separate plugin or module (named RBR newsletter) user interface to allow individuals to create their own lists and newsletters that they have access to and allow them to add and manage their own templates with controlled access rights, list management, and a customized view to manage their users and import their own templates. They build their own lists (by inviting their databases to register for their newsletter list, it also builds a master list that the administrator has access to from the Acymailing Professional application.

The successful bidder should review the attached document for greater details.

The user will also have access to the Acymailing to create the necessary connections. We want a separate plugin built to allow Acymailing upgrades without over writing this plugin and visa versa.

Please do not bid if you do not understand the requirements completely. There is no progress payments for this requirement.
