Complete my php,html,mysql app

Hii, Much of my app is made, i need you to complete it. What currently is working in it - 1. users register [2 types of users are there] 2. can search 3. bookmark each other 4. 1 type of users create jobs, other applies 5. Send message to users 6. Who visited who's profile list 7. Add a simple point system 8. Join payment part in it, i have a system ready we need to join it to app.. Refer - [login to view URL] Proto of much of the above is made, but we need to reskin so that its look and feel should be according to us. Note - The entire app sends and retrieves data from mysql database hosted on a cpanel hosting using JSON because the front end of the application is made up of html,js,css and it is kept on a mobile phone and not on server.
