I need to create consumer complaint system where:
1. user registration
2. 2 types of sevices offered, one free and 2 paid ones. WIth ability to upgrade from free to the paid one. On free version, email gets sent automatically without any manual followup.
3. Users consumers can select from company list on which they to make complaint and ability to create a new company that saves in the db, with basic company info fields, such as address name etc.
4. In Admin back end, admin support can view tickets and fasciliate communication with consumer and businees. Support needs to be able to store all communications on its website.
5. In User admin, users can see their complaint and possible make some modifications
6. ON the main website, there is a real time updates of the support updates as well as new complaints filed.

On the user admin panel, Users have option to select what outcome they want , either apology, compensation, impovement, refund, repair, replacement.
