Looking for someone to build a web application for use in helping me with a research project. The goal of the web-based app is to present users with a calendar of the past 30 days (so currentdate - 1) and ask them several questions about each day, and store this data in a secure .csv file (or something similar) that is hosted on our server.
Description of requirements/features: Basically, users would navigate to the web address, where they would be asked to enter their participant number. Afterward, they will be presented with a calendar for the last 30 calendar days (starting from the currentdate - 1, so yesterday) and instructions (see screen1, screen1a below). Initially, all days would be presented in white. Users would complete the task by clicking on each day, which initiates a pop-up box (lightbox) that asks them several questions. Once they're done answering questions for that day, they click "OK" to return to the calendar, and see that the day they entered has turned green(if they entered all information correctly for that day). If information is invalid or incomplete, clicking "OK" turns a given day red. Once all days are green (signaling that they have completed the task), an "OK" button appears on the calendar screen, that users can click to move on from the task. I'd like the data they entered to be stored in wide form (with variable labels at the top of each column) in a .csv file (or something similar). Let me know if you can help!
