I'm looking for someone to create a simple payment transaction provider including a working demo (without use of real currency). It should work like a basic, simple PayPal payment gateway where developers can implement a Payment button on their website/app etc. and users can purchase virtual goods on that website.
On the main website ('Site A') users can register as a merchant or a consumer. For demonstration purposes the consumer gets $100 on their account balance.
Site B is a demo merchant site. Site B offers a virtual product for $10. The site contains a 'Buy Now' button. Upon clicking the Buy Now button the user is redirected to Site A with a log-in form. Once logged in the user sees a purchase overview. This page shows the total amount of $ the user has ($100), how much they have to pay ($10), and how much they'll have left if they pay ($90), and the source of the payment request (the website/app of Site B). There's also a 'Pay Now' button.
When the user paid the amount for the virtual product, it is redirected back to a confirmation page on Site B along with a secure callback and is presented with the virtual product. This process is comparable to purchasing a virtual product using PayPal or any other payment gateway.
It's a simple project due to the amount of open source code available that enables the creation of such a website with relative ease and short time. In order to develop this project I suggest using open-source code like OAuth2, OSCurrency or OpenTransact.
Admin back-end with data management is also required.
Front-end design should be based on Twitter Bootstrap (http://twitter.github.com/bootstrap/) (layout based on http://twitter.github.com/bootstrap/examples/justified-nav.html)
Please send me a PMB briefly describing your understanding of the project.
