I have a clean CENTOS 6 dedicated and i a tech to install in less than 2 hours (will be monitored by xscreen+skype ) this task: -- Install Asterisk and configure it -- Install Festival for spanish and english voice. Configure: 1- a simple dialplan for incoming calls to one test , with a welcome message by festival. 2- a simple dialplan for outgoing calls , and test one zoiper to test by our staff asterisk cli of outgoing.. 3- all our sip provider configuration to avoid errors. If we are succesfully we will provide this work for several customers we had in argentina, i meant im looking for a professional with experience. Work must be done from 10 to 5 pm range, in our time -3GMT Argentina, so we can join and see what you are doing on server, to see your skills. We will provide our all SIP information Simply you just need to install it and just simple configure it..

I have done a lot of asterisk projects. Please check my profile and look to the feedbacks. It is easy to install and configure asterisk for incoming and outgoing calls. Festival installation is also doable. Usually it is used for english, but I will look for the language you need it. Also I have another solution that I usually use as it is much better then this one. It is swift. It is not free, but the quality is great. It is possible to setup it without to buy to see how it works. I will be glad to offer other asterisk support and you will get a great solution.

I do however suggest you use a frontend like freepbx or elastix to ease future configurations. this is a pretty vanilla task and can be completed within 3 days of project beginning.
