I have call centers entering customer fields following the sale of an insurance policy, three types. The system creates a client id (or uses ids pre loaded into the system), sets policy status as sold, and sends policy docs, merging client info, and other pdfs to client e mail. The system also send promotional coupon with unique id number. At some point, client phones into to redeem coupon, and agent enters system to check if id is valid, and offers additional packages. if there is an additional sale, the customer information is sent to a regular crm (not sure which yet). All of the players -- center, insurance company, promotional group, etc in the process can access their info in the system via pre determined report format. I have a complete document prepared, and would prefer someone with a good knowledge of spanish, although this is not a hard requisite. Thanks
