The Job Card Module should add the following function to the CRM: Technicians must be able to create Job Cards / Trouble Tickets. There should be an option for creation / assigning of Job cards within the detail view of the Job Card module, as well as technicians being able to use the Start / Stop timer for the closing of a Job Card which would trigger the relative action for Contacts (update notification on status on job) and Finance departments (for billing). There must be a many to many relationship between the Job Card Module and Trouble Tickets. A trouble Ticket should be able to relate to many job cards and a Job Card should be able to relate to many Trouble Tickets.
