216357 MSN Chatbot frame

I need the basics for a PHP MSN chatbot setting up. It should connect to MSN and login. It should have the following functions: $msn->sendmessage(Message, Email to send to) - Sends the message to the email $msn->changename(Name) - Change the name $msn->changestatus(Status code) - Change the status to the related status code (NLN .etc) $msn->logoff() - stops the script running Obviously this is using OOP. The bot should also automatically accept contact requests (people who add them) and send a message when someone begins typing for the first time in a chat session. It should also come with some built in user message & bot response examples; this should be a system of checking a database for the user's message in one column and responding with the responses in another column. It should also have the option of checking if a message is a command, e.g. the user types "!restart" and the bot will restart itself i.e. running a series of php instructions, not just responding with the first message that comes to mind. Please note: I've experience with coding chat bots in Perl but not PHP, I should be able to provide pretty solid help with the bot, msn and specific features I want.
