I have purchased webkul marketplace module and 2 addons for this module. I need some customisation
Seller Account Management
Store admin can create and use Seller Terms & Conditions, and require seller to agree to these Terms & conditions before registering/applying a seller account. This is configurable.
Seller/Vendor Vacation Mode.
Ability Sellers/vendors to select time-off and either temporarily suspend their products or update product lead time accordingly
Seller can display custom vacation message
Seller can disable all of his products
Easy to handle from seller dashboard
Seller can enter vacation start date
Seller can enter vacation end date
vacation enable disable from seller control panel
Bulk Approval tab added for admin which allows approval of multiple products.
Full admin control over product approval. (approved, reject, pending) Mechanism to review/approve newly added or edited products with an option to automatically approve items from specified Sellers/vendors
Admin will create the attribute and can select them to display on the front end of marketplace dashboard .
Attribute sets for product types. Every product type has own attribute sets selected by admin .
System will be configurable to display the seller name on product list pages (category/home featured/search result).

Sellers/vendors can update their own orders, such as:
Order list/order details
Sellers can accept, reject and confirm orders, enter shipment tracking, view order history, create shipping labels and packing slips
Buyer will get the notification from the seller when seller ship the product.
Attach purchase orders, shipping labels and packing slips to Sellers/vendors notification emails.
on sellers notification emails, able to manage orders. (cliking links for order status on email message)
this module is able to split one shopping cart into multiple orders. If a customer has purchased products from multiple sellers, the module will split the shopping cart/order into multiple carts/orders. Each seller will have one cart and one order. This happens when the customer has finished payment or confirmed the order. Using this function, each customer order will create multiple carts and orders which go to the applicable sellers, while allowing the customer to purchase products from multiple sellers in a single transaction.
This also make following functions possible:
Seller can manage the order status without affecting other Sellers.
Seller can show own seller logo/name/address in PDF invoice.
Seller can show seller logo/name/address in Order confirmation email
the order invoice can have the Seller information such as logo, name, and address in the PDF invoice. It is also possible to include the Seller name, logo, and address in the order confirmation email sent to the customer.

These are my other requirements:
Sellers/vendors can set their private carriers and shipping fees.
Store Admin can set public carriers/shipping default fees that can be used for all sellers. And manageable by sellers.
Shipping zones are set at store level.
Sellers can change:
a. Handling charges
b. Free shipping starts at
c. According to total price
o Sellers/Vendor Defined Shipping Costs: Live, flat, tiered or incremental
o Multiple Shipping Carrier Options. Use built-in or integrate with 3rd part carriers for live rates
o Flat shipping rates based on geographic regions
o All shipping preferences and options configurable per vendor or use system default shipping options
Shipping carriers will be display as sellers info on product page and sellers page
admin can set puplic carriers. (3 or 4 public carriers). Seller can select which carrier firm they want to work. Sellers able to handling charges, free shipping starts at, according to total price
(We can discuss about shipping management, im not sure exactly what I need)
Customer and seller communication
This addon facilitates communications between customers and sellers, and presents a Seller Q&A tab on store front for customers to see previous questions and answers, and to ask new questions. A "Seller Questions" tab at back office allow sellers and admin to reply to and manage these messages.
Customer is able to ask Sellers questions at front office product page and both Seller and Admin are able to manage questions and reply to questions from the back office tab. Configurable parameters make the module flexible.
Admin controlled and configured all aspects of customer to seller communication and interaction
