Project Description:
Need a development team/freelancer to build a classified type site.
1. Businesses can register (they will have a profile in which they can edit, and control)
2. Users can register (users will be able to add other users as friends, inbox, social media recommendations)
3. Search (users can search for businesses)
4. Back-end (view everything, have controls)
Looking for an excellent experience development team. Would prefer it to be built using Ruby on Rails, PHP, HTML5. Team will need to show me their portfolio of similar projects. The team will have to be able to deliver on time with high quality of code (no copying previous work). The code must be built in a professional manner such that another development team can maintain it.
