Looking to develop a simple solution to manage office consumables supply. The ideal solution should have the following major general functionality (screens)
1- Login required (role based for each screen)
2- Manage Item details ( details relating to a single piece of consumable)
3- Manage request for Items ( Request, Approval , and Issue)
4- Manage Purchases for Items
5- Administration Functions (General Settings, user management)
6- Reports (pdf and export to csv)
• Should be fully web based, main client browsers will be Firefox 24 and chrome 30 and later. Should run on mobile browsers as well.
• Mysql 5.5 should be the database used.
• Login to be ldap/active directory compatible
• All commented source code to be provided.
Other Notes –
- all data fields and formats will be provided
- output format required of reports will be provided.
- 5-7 reports (PDF, CSV) needed
- maximum project time is 3 weeks, shorter deliver time is preferred.
