290337 PHP MYSQL ADD EDIT DELETE

Project Description:
Updateing State Defaults for Taxes

1. Table mysql systfieldnames contains field list names to propagate the php Dropdown combo "Field Name".
2. Table mysql statenames contains field list names to propagate the state combo on vb/php "State"
3. Rest of fields are simple numeric/decimal text fiedls. tax, tax1, tax2, Dtax
4. Upon entering below fields data base table will be filled

PHP/VB fields
Select State
Drop Down Combo ->map to mysqldb/statenames


Upon selecting state a grid will appear with all data for that state in the mysql data base with a add new feature to add/edit/delete ability to add rows, edit rows or delete a row.

Field Name TAx Tax1 Tax2 DTax edit/delete
Field Name TAx Tax1 Tax2 DTax edit/delete
Field Name TAx Tax1 Tax2 DTax edit/delete
etc
Add New Row
Save (some type of fresh page when done to select another state)

If no data for that state a Add New Row will still appear allowing user to add rows to data base :)

Standard include files to edit host, user, dbname pw ....
