PHP and MYSQL pages

Hi,

We have a website and are making simple HTML pages by hand individually but want to create an online program using php and MYSQL to generate these pages.

The way I want this to work is by having an online form accessible via a password protected admin control panel (see file attached for example of online form).

I need to import a keyword list (CSV) file into an online form and then for the online php and mysql database to automatically generate the pages. It will need to generate separate pages for each keyword we import. I will need to be able to paste code either html or java code into the online page generator to display adverts (the adverts will remain the same for each page that is generated), like in the following example:

For each keyword we import we will need a separate page. So for example if I import 100 keywords I will need the program to generate 100 pages that each are different in the following ways, but the adverts will remain the same:

1. url will be different for each keyword, so www.bvisible.co.uk/keyword_1.html
www.bvisible.co.uk/keyword_2.html
www.bvisible.co.uk/keyword_3.html
and so on for each keyword we import.

If the keyword we import is a string of words let's say with 2 separate words or more I will require the url to not have any spaces but use underscores like the following www.bvisible.co.uk/keyword2_test _page.html

2. The keyword will have to be placed in different locations on the generated page. If you visit the below page you will see I have pasted the keyword in the title meta tag, keyword meta tag, description tag, H1 tag, H2 tag and in the centre of the page.

3. I would also like the code to generate relevant keywords or text automatically in the centre of the page based on the keyword I import. This is to keep the page similarity down to a minimum and have something useful for Google to crawl.

4. Also it would be great if it would automatically update the sitemap.xml file with the url's of the pages that have been generated.
