Project Description:
I need a set of HTML/PHP scripts to query a single database and place returns on a page. This already exists on my ExpressionEngine site and I want to move that same function to a WordPress site. I need the same system to query the same database and feed the same material on the new site. I want to put the search code in the sidebar and the return code on the main part of the page. It needs to be formatted to look good.

The search has 3 fields for word search, and 5 fields that are drop-downs populated by the database. Two of the drop-downs each combine two fields in the database.

The return includes several fields, displays a .jpg, and launches a Mediaelement.js audioplayer linked to the mp3 in the record. The current system uses the Dewplayer mp3 player. This one will use Mediaelement.js to be compatible with HTML5 and Flash browsers.

- You have the existing online website to look at and try out. I also have a screenshot attached.
- I also have the code currently used on my ExpressionEngine site. Both the Search code and the Return code are attached so you can take a look.
