ONLY BID IF YOU CAN COMPLETE THIS PROJECT IN THE NEXT 8-10 HOURS. The HTML and design is already created, you are ONLY bidding on the coding. I need a very quick turnaround for a PHP project, the requirements are small and basic. Here's what I need:
I will need someone to help create a standard login page (account creating, email notification, forgot password, user/pass with validation). Once logged in, the user will have the option to RATE AN AGENT. It will be a basic 5 Star rating system which will then average the total and post on the ratings page.
