Project Description:
I need a Pligg expert who can help resolve setup issues and configure custom themes and modules. Site is already live (domain + hosting) and Pligg is installed.
Examples of current issues:
- site does not display properly across Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox
- site wide header/footer links are relative but are broken
- install new themes/templates to test different layouts
- install different modules (post to twitter, email newsletter, etc)
