I have a SOAP PHP Sandbox form that i need done.

You will have to develope on my server, cause they only allow by IP. I will get you into a testing area and give you a test username and password to test with the SOAP
I want a Text Area box that scrolls, where we can put 1 phone number per line, and it submits it to this carrier to see the this number is portalable.
and it would give the results of the information that is sent to them, It should give you back Yes, or no, and some other info.
If we can get this one item done, and it works out, i will get you to do a few more. but i need this one kinda quick.
