Upgrade PHP 5.2 (Single php.ini) to PHP 5.4(Single php.ini)

I have a Yahoo Store and a related Admin panel for processing orders that needs to get upgraded from PHP 5.2 to version 5.4. I use Bluehost to host the Yahoo Store and related admin database and they are no longer supporting version 5.2. I have tested moving from 5.2 to 5.4 and the Yahoo Store appears to be working fine and returning no errors, however I cannot import orders into the admin panel.
