We are looking for the core functionality. Which is:
1. custom design similar to mls-cr.com.
2. similar functionality for searching for properties
3. single users can post properties for 29.00 after signup
4. realtors can public as many properties as they wish for 499/yr.
5. admin back end
6 realtor/single user backend
7. blue and green color scheme
8. functionality like mls-cr.com
9 we need one page for news and events
10. one page about
11. directory to find real estate agents
12. search properties page, recent listing page, quick search, contact us
13. NO need for auction
14. the listing pages on mls-cr.com are beautiful and should be done like they are on that site. (detail| georgraphy | infrastructure | financial/legal, images and and basic listing information
We will escrow the entire project and payout milestones as they are reached so the developer doesnt feel like they are working for free.
It is really straight forward what need to be accomplished. You will have to use your insight and skills to be able to create the back ends for the admin and the realtor/single users. But that all very common function.
