3 php/mysql/jquery additions to current website

Subscribe
Make "Subscribe to Newsletter" form collect emails and make a subscription list in php/mysql admin able to export to excel. Also needs Delete email from list in Admin. On front end, it should also say Thank You when someone subscribes -- without leaving that page. Must work same on all pages - php included footer.php

2nd Quiz
Use current php/jquery wesite quiz front end and back CMS, add/copy 2nd quiz system to same website.
So, Home page has link to Quiz 1, Another page link to Quiz 2.
