305829 video problems with adult tube

Hi I have a 2 problems with my sites but i dont know if its script related or server related , hoping to my find someone that has knowledge in clip-share video sharing script and hosting.... 1)Whats happening is that my videos that are being uploaded to my site are not converting and thunb says video conversion in progress but it never converts or plays ever this only started happen 3 days ago.... 2)Also with my other tube site i am having another video related problem the error message i get from this is "ERROR: Failed to find flength file " and then another page comes up with this error "The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
