Auto Parts Web Development Site

Project Description:
I am looking for a web developer to code an Auto Parts site, and integrate my design.

I prefer the site to be coded in .Net (VB.Net or C#).

Features needed:
- Customer to select the vehicle (year, make, model and engine size). Vehicle specs to be stored in cookies.
- Categories on the left hand side should show the count of categories and sub-categories of all products, unless customer has a vehicle selected, then the categories and sub will only show the count of parts that are compatible with his vehicles.
- Integration of PayPal Advanced/Pro
- Part page will show some description and the fitment table.

I will be helping designing the database. I am fluent in Net hence my preference to have this done in this language, however due to time limitation, I am sub-contracting this project out.

If you know of an ecommerce that meets my requirements, please let me know as I am also interested. I heard of OpenCart with Auto Parts module or theme.

Time is important. I would like this to be done as soon as possible.
