Project Description:
I need a programming (backend) built for a manual surf site (adsurfdaily) that will be member based. Must create a custom 'gate window' to view ad's (text and url front pages). Members join. purchase ads through a payment processor and qualify for a share of company revenues through a rebates system by viewing a pre-set number of ad views. Must have a category style listing of ads so that viewer can randomly surf or choose specific category Two tier referral payouts. I do have a requirements doc and would be happy to discuss the project.
