Modifications and upgrades to current CRM system

We currently use a custom CRM to manage all aspects of the business. From the minute a phone call comes in to assigning the lead to a sales rep to job completion. The CRM is written in ASP.net using Microsoft SQL server for the database engine. We have a list of changes to the current system some examples are • System does not post to the estimate commissions the strip amount if there is a 2nd layer. Please look at Tanner 13-296 as an example • I have not way of delelting messages on the message board. • When paying final commission there is no status on the customer • There is no way to select a bunch of leads and move them from one salesmen to another • Job assigned must be able to export to excel • There is no way to check an installers inventory • Change documents in the download documents section? No easy way to do that • No way to add a user to google calendar • When adding a new crew, I would like a check address but to make sure it works without whatever mapping system we use to check the distance between the customer house and installer house. • Returned material how do we see it? Does it email anyone • The google calendar is public so everyone can see it. • Repeats everything 3 times • The reports on sold/install uses a different date selector then other reports (sold date) • Email Christine when a new TD job comes in • No way to edit documents on CRM, under both customers and documents • Reports for Ken • Email monthly installer reports to Ken and Brad. • If material is below trigger amount it should be read in the Sales to inventory report We have also taken on a new product line, so the current CRM system must be taken a modified to the new product line. We are looking for someone that is dedicated to us 8 hours a day Must have strong knowledge of .net as previous coder did not comment his code.
