[VB.NET] Login System [PHP]

This project requires knowledge of vb.net and php. What i need done is Authentication system that i can use on other projects i have. I need it you to create it so it can't be cracked that easy! and i need it so you can control users you have added to authentication for a program. For example to add/edit their HWID (processor code), and username/password. About security it should have this: # Network encryption # Different cryptographic routines # Network tampering protection # Anti debugging (Optional, left to your sole discretion) # Encrypted files # Host under SSL encryption (Network is still encrypted before it reaches the servers) So it should have a panel (website hosting) on which you can edit all this stuff and add users to be able to use that program.
