Need one of the following:
- A Project Management Application with accounting features as per the attached document. Solution can either be web based or desktop based.
- If you're experienced in OpenERP and can customize it and add to it, this would be a solution instead of the attached requirements, but with the following additions and customizations:
a- Multi Company with the possibility to enter partners for each company and give percentages to each partner
b- All operations within OpenERP will be assigned to a specific company (client invoices / suppliers invoices, etc.) - but the user rights should allow one user to enter operations for one or many companies or access the accounts of one or many companies: partners defined in (a) will be users able to access reports for the companies where they are assigned
c- Reports by partners will allow partners to see reports by company and for the percentage of the partner
d- Users with access to many companies will be able to select the company where they are creating operations (invoices / orders, etc.) from each screen
Please specify while bidding on which interface and which technology you will be using to build the app, and consider that the support and maintenance required for the app is one year starting after the app is tested and working.
