I need someone to set up a page and tell me how to make other pages that work as this one does:

If you go to that page, you will see that the title is "I can't believe Megan Fox looked like this" There is no picture displayed, however, when you become a fan, the picture is then displayed in that tab.
It uses FBML addon for facebook pages, but I am not sure what the code is. I need someone to create the code and make it so I can use it for other similar styled fan pages.
I need someone that can do this right now.. not in an hour, not tomorrow.. right now.
