Need email script with billing

Hello,I am looking to buy a script that would allow people coming on my site (like you do) to create their own email and then give an email address where they would want this email to go.
This is a "shared" personal names that allows multiple users to have personalized email addresses, such as , all sharing the same domain name.
Does such script exist with billing function?
Maybe something like wurtz.com would be great.
