Small modification to XT-Commerce website (Derivative of OsCommerce), need CSV export of order data

Project Description:

As you can see from the screenprint, this is the view in admin interface on our shop of orders.php.
WE allready have installed function to batch print invoice and packing slip.
We now also want ability to batch export the chosen orders to csv/txt file.
We basically want each order line in the txt/csv file to look like this:
DK;;PIP;date;order_number;;shipping_name;;;shipping_address;;;psotal_code;city;;;order_email;;;;;;;;;;;;;48:customer_phone;

And if the order has chosen payemnt form COD then:
DK;;PIP;date;order_number;;shipping_name;;;shipping_address;;;psotal_code;city;;;order_email;;;;;;;;;;;;;48:customer_phone?27:orer_total_amount#order_number;P;


This is a live store, so you can not get access to ftp server, but we can be online all time to upload/test your file modification.
Also - this is a small project for the experienced php programmer, so please no unrealistically high bids on this piece of code.
