PHP: create PDF from MYSQL and send as attachment

MAIN IDEA: By having a database and using the data in records we should prepare a .Doc file, change it to a .Pdf, Then attach it to an email and finally send it to a destination. All variables for this process will be derived from items in records. Process can be a massive process. Details: What I have: 1- WebPages in PHP which using them I do data entry. 2- Database is MySql 3- Pages in PHP which using them I can browse my data and filter them; every record has its own ROW. 4- One .Doc document with some blank spaces. What I need: 1- Modifying my pages (3rd item) in order to be able to select any record (ROW) as required, one by one, select all or clear selection buttons are needed. 2- After selection by clicking the “Create PDF and Send Email”: a. For every selected record, SEPARATELY, will be created ONE .Pdf document from .Doc file (putting related data from record to relevant blank places in .Doc file. For example Name field to name, Credit field to credit, … ) b. The .Pdf file will be saved with a unique name (always derived from data of record) c. One email will be sent to email address (again derived from record data) with .Pdf as attachment (in cc field we put postmaster email for having a copy of email). d. After email is sent successfully and transaction is done, in database should be set one flag. This flag is available and has “tinyint” type. As I don’t want to have “time out error” after clicking this button, you should suggest me some ideas. Cron jobs, short mail list or …. I have all needed materia, the source code of php pages, .Doc file, username and password to be able to modify data on database…. For checking the php version and installed modules I have a ready “php info” script. The payment will be done by freelancer milestone system. For starting the project I need a tiny project which show me the complete process (you can use your database, your sample .Doc file, your web server, your email address). Together we will check your tiny project and do the process until I receive one sample email on my mail box, if everything is going well I will pay 50% of final price. After delivering full functional project and testing it for 48 hour I will transfer another 50%. During finalizing the project, please don’t try to charge me for any extra activities, I am so generous person to negotiate with you and make you satisfied but at the same time I hate people which try to make money by wasting time in last minutes.
