PSD to CMSMS - Our Ref PU

Project Description:
We have an exciting CMSMS (http://www.cmsmadesimple.org/) development project and need an excellent developer to help use deliver an well polished product to our client.

There is the opportunity of further work if you are proven to be a good worker and deliver a quality system.

The CMSMS Site will have:

- Have 11 Pages
- Have a Contact Us form
- All elements and content should be easily up-datable through the CMS

You will be expected to:

- Convert supplied PSD to CMS templates
- Complete a round of internal revisions all within the supplied specification
- Complete 2 round of client revisions all within the supplied specification - Not make any modifications to the core CMSMS code to allow for future updates
- Reply with the word "Apple" at the top of your application to show you have read this! :)
- Provide us with twice daily status updates as to your progress
- Be available for communication UK business hours on MSN

- PHP5 (Class Based)
- JavaScript (Jquery)
- HTML
- CSS
- MYSQL

Questionnaire to be answered on application

I know there are quite a few but we want to get the right person as we want a long on-going relationship with you.

1. Where are you based geographically?

2. Would you be our only point of contact?

3. Would you personally be working on the system or are you part of a team?

4. Would you be able to talk on the phone (in English), between 9 and 5 GMT , to discuss the project and any problem you/we are having? (this would be with us only and not with the client, so not to worry)

5. Could you provide a couple of reference from previous projects you have worked on? So we can contact and confirm that you have the relevant experience and skills.

6. How comfortable are you with writing HTML entirely by hand?

7. What are a few of your favourite development tools and why?

8. Have you worked with CMSMS before and on a scale of 1-10 how well do you know it.

9. Can you show us some CMSMS sites you have developed and explain the customisation you had to undertake?

10. I just pulled up the website you built and the browser is displaying a blank page. Walk me through the steps you'd take to troubleshoot the problem.
