Fix Paypal Error on PrestaShop

Project Description:
Already have a few lost sales on my PrestaShop which should be accepting paypal payments.
Pretty sure I setup all the parameters as instructed, not sure why payment is not able to go thru!

Please keep bid low, will have future projects for prestashop...
