Clipshare installation and server setup

Project Description:
In need of some one who setups server entirely and installs Clipshare script.Some modules should normally already have been installed (ffmpeg, mplayer etc), however that would have to be checked too. CGI/Perl also needs to be setup correctly as we encounter some problems here.
Server is a Debian 4.0 64bit with Webmin and PHP5. At the end latest release of clipshare 3.0.1. (we provide it of course) MUST be installed correctly and WORKING properly. No hobby programmers please, we need real experts who do this kind of job regularly. Also this is really urgent.
Additional Project Description:
12/18/2007 at 19:50 EST:edit : Please note that things like GD library also need to be installed. PHP accelerator and additional security fixes are a plus. Max budget is around $150, however if you have some more improvements that could be done I may give a bonus.

I have already setup clipshare on a live website. I have configured ffmpeg, mplayer, flvtool2 and properly setup of cgi/perl scripts. Some parameters like BASE_DIR, BASE_URL in several files like conifg.php, myjavascriptfx.js,etc will also be configured.
