Project Description:

Hi. We are looking for individual or a team of PHP/MySQL/ASP.net programmer(s) with experience developing large-scale portal sites from the ground up. They should:

- Be proficient in PHP, MySQL, ASP.NET, C/C++, Javascript and Perl (AJAX experience a plus)
- Be familiar with scalability and load balancing issues
- Be able to write clean, well-documented, bug-free code
- Have a portfolio of _web DEVELOPMENT_ projects and a detailed explanation of what you've done for each client
- Provide references for clients 6-12 months post-completion
- Be willing to sign an NDA
- Able to communicate effectively clearly in written and spoken English
- Be able to provide communicate detailed Q&A and solutions to meet project objectives before and during development
