You can create .htaccess file in document_root directory of your server with content like... RewriteEngine on RewriteCond %{SCRIPT_FILENAME} !-f RewriteCond %{SCRIPT_FILENAME} !-d RewriteCond %{SCRIPT_FILENAME} /affiliate/index.php RewriteRule ^(.*)$ index.php/$1 ...It also means that all request to file which doesn't exists will process in index.php.
