Hi,
we are a non-profit group that are looking to set up a mobile phone text message service. Each day customers will receive a message to there mobile phones until the credit runs out.
When customers sign up, they will first need to test if their phone network supports this service by first entering their phone number were a test message is sent.
Once they know they can receive messages, they continue by buying as many 40 day blocks as they like. They will also select which charity they would like the profits to go to. They can select the charity via a pull down menu or by entering the charity code.
Payment are made by paypal or moneybookers were an IPN is requires before crediting their account.

When credits go below 5, an email is sent to customer asking them to top up if they are happy with the service.
When credits are at zero, they receive another email and 2 days later receive a text message to their phone if they still haven't topped up.
To send a text message to a phone is like sending an email.
We will be using the ClickATell.com service with details of how to send a text message here:

There will need to be an admin portal where the following is preformed.
1. view/add/remove accounts
2. view/add/remove credits for each account
3. add daily text messages via a web calendar
4. view/add/remove different charities
5. modify/reset amounts raised by each charity
6. Configure size and cost for each block.eg 40 days at $14.95 each.
7. Configure the amount (percentage) sent to charity for each transaction.
8. send email or text message to any or all customers
I would also like a default charity to be selected based on a cookie setting.
Eg. If someone link to www.mbible.org?charity=102333 then when they come to signup, the default charity that is listed is charity number 102333
Also, if they link as following, then the charity that is selected can not be changed. www.mbible.org?charity=102333?freeze=T but also when they go to view the charities, they will ‘only' see the charity that was selected.

When bidding, please take into account that this is project is for raising fund for charity with no profit made on our part.. The winning programmer must agree to 50% on completion and 50% a week later when all bugs are fixed.
