We have set up the free radius server and the dial up admin for the administration of radius server. Also we have 7 wireless hotspots which we want to use this central radius server for the authentication of their user. The free radius use mysql database and the dial admin has some perl scripts to help administrating the server. Also we need 2 interfaces one for the super admin which is going to set up and administrate every wireless hotspot, second the wireless hotspot administrator which is going to have the ability to construct charge plans for his customers, he will be able to print prepaid tickets, to have statistics about the usage of the bandwidth and other report. We need payments gateways with the following ways via sms and cell phone charge, via proxy pay and euro bank for credit card and prepaid as I have describe it above. The user will have the ability to chose one of the plans the wireless administrator construct. All user from all hotspot will have roaming and that means that they can use their plan of charge and their card to all our wireless hotspots.
