Project Description:
I would like a script built so that users can come to my site, upload an image, and have it converted to a .cur file. This way users can create their own cursors using their images. Once the file is uploaded and converted, it should be saved to my site. The the url to the cursor file should be plugged into the html code required to add that cursor to your myspace/website.
If my budget is too low let me know.
