What we need is a freelancer/agency that is very familiar with ASP/Sql or PHP/MySQL.
Other advanced technology which improve the user interface (i.e. Ajax) will be a must
We also need people with great skill in database management and able to design a professional and clean web site interface
Cost is important to us but programming skills are not less important
My preference will go to freelancer that colud provide a sample of the work we have to do or a "single" very similar project already done.
